Our Murfreesboro TN client is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must have exceptional analytical and listening skills. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of the customer service department.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years customer service/office management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience developing and maintaining and online ordering system is preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, direct and motivate the customer service representatives and other office personnel to meet business goals
Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work
Assist customer service representatives in resolving problems and completing work
Resolve complaints and answer questions of customers
Make recommendation to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures
Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining operational standards
Implement changes and follow-up as necessary
Maintain all pricing files and schedules
