Our Dallas Texas client is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis. This position will start out as customer service and then turn into an entry level sales position.
Duties:
* Providing top notch and professional customer service on an inbound basis.
* Maintain heavy phones.
* Multi-tasking as needed.
* Process orders daily.
*Back up duties for front desk.
*Support for sales group.
Qualifications:
* Basic sales experience a must, preferably in outside sales and cold calling
* Excellent customer service skills are a must!
* Proficiency in Excel and Word.
* At least one year of working experience in a professional atmosphere.
* Prior heavy phone experience is preferred.
* High school degree or equivalent.
* Quick learner – willing to take on new duties as necessary.
* Client will perform random drug screens.
*Client will train on industry specific software and processes.
* Outstanding growth potential exists for the right candidates.
