Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking inbound calls to provide specific and detailed information about apartment communities nationwide in an effort to engage the caller so they want to schedule a visit to the property.
Receives inbound calls from prospective tenants, customers, and existing residents throughout the US
Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat
Project a friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor at all times as well as be flexible and dependable to meet business needs and demands of customers
Receive and process service requests/work order calls
Handle and resolve any billing issues as well as process payments
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing client properties via phone

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
Flexibility to work 10-7, 11-8, or 12-9 shift with rotating consecutive days off
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
Leasing agent experience a plus but not required
Hands on working experience in MS Office, Yardi, CTI. MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, Rent-roll, One Site, AMSI, or Great Plains a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively and persuasively lead a conversation
Team player and thrives in a team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask and prioritize
