Our Addison, TX client is seeking Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative would be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. This representative would assist customers with purchases as well as inquiries related to any products. A strong commitment to service and the ability to resolve problems is critical to the success of this role. Performance in this position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.
Requirements:
High school diploma
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
STRONG customer service skills are required
