Our Franklin, TN client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a temp to possible hire opportunity.

Summary:
Customer Service Representatives take incoming calls from the subscribers of various clients and enter the follow through transaction through an online entry system.  Calls will be for new and renewal orders, address changes, cancellations and problem situations requiring troubleshooting.

Requirements:
Must have strong phone skills (previous call center experience necessary)
Must have strong data entry skills, and be comfortable navagating through computer screens
Must be dependable
Must be personable and courteous
Ideal candidates will have good problem solving skills
Must be looking for long-term employment
