Our Dallas, Texas Client is seeking a buyer relations specialist or experienced Customer Service Representative.
- Must have prior Call Center experience
- Must be able to work with customers on the phone, and data entry.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative; minimum of 1 year in a Call Center environment.
- Looking for a team player that is dependable and timely.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Attend to buyer payments that are past due.
