Our Goodlettsville, TN client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Medical Biller on a temp to hire basis.
Provide excellent customer service/phone support to a small DME supply company
Will help to schedule and support DME delivery staff
Will assist with Medical Billing and Coding
Will answer phones and provide customer support regarding Durable Medical Equipment, Oxygen and Respiratory Equipment to patients, doctor’s offices, and insurance companies
Will assist in authorizing patients through their insurance for all DME needs
Will enter all orders and billing into Brightree system
Must have at least 1 year of medical billing and coding experience. Must have phenomenal phone manners and be very personable. Knowledge of DME billing is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the Brightree system is a plus. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite of Tools to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
