Our (Galleria Area) Houston, TX client is looking for a contract to potential hire customer service representative.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Take and process orders for customers
Respond to a large volume of emails
Provide product information to customers, vendors, and clients
Draft letters as necessary
Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Organize follow up calls and emails as necessary
Create spreadsheets to track returns
Handle discrupencies
Assist with sales calls, orders, and support sales team in various projects
Create and send email templates when necessary
Manage product and equipment exchanges and returns

Requirements:
1-3 years of customer service experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe highly preferred
High organizational skills
