Customer Service Representative – Irving TX

Our Irving, TX client is seeking a  Customer Service Representative with on a contract to possible hire basis to start immediately.

Manage daily customer communications (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm and friendly manner        Ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to effectively manage customer needs and company goals.
Capable of learning, explaining and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
Works within the Department’s expense budget, within budgetary guidelines to contribute to cost-effective operation of the Company.
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments.

Required Education, Employment Experience and Skills:
2 years of experience in the field or in related area
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to prioritize and manage time
Excellent judgment and decision making skills
Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook
Positive, Professional, Responsible, Team player
Excellent oral and written Communication skills                           Self motivated, high energy and strong work ethic.
Collaborative, good listener and learner, respecting the roles other team mates and superiors play within the company.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to exceed goals, exhibit a sense of urgency and possess a continuous improvement mentality.
Professional appearance and demeanor with good presentation skills.
The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
