Our Lakeway, TX client is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary to possible hire position.
This is a well established company with ample amount of growth opportunity.
This critical role requires strong communications skills and an ability to work directly with customers by phone and email to provide exceptional customer service! Additional skills include the ability to quickly learn new business processes, as well as, billings and service tracking tools.
Responsibilities include:
Building and managing strong customer relationships and communication
Determining the right course of action or escalation path for customer requests/issues
Utilizing creative problem solving skills to resolve functional problems
Meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs) for responsiveness and resolution
Perform work on related projects
Qualifications:
2 year of experience
College degree or work equivalent
Dedicated and passionate about customer satisfaction and success
Strong customer management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong team player that is willing to help other team members at all times
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to ‘listen’ and empathize with the customer
Ability to analyze and communicate account details with the customer
Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker
Excellent problem solving skills and high degree of patience
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite desirable
Experience in a customer service position at an energy company or utility is desirable
