Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative for our Lakeway, TX client on a temporary/contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting customers from a list provided by the client and doing quality checks
determining the right course of action or escalation path for customer requests
Utilizing creative problem solving skills to resolve functional problems
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree or work equivalent
Dedicated and passionate about customer satisfaction and success
Strong customer management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong team player that is willing to help other team members at all times
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to ‘listen’ and empathize with the customer
Ability to analyze and communicate account details with the customer
Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker
Excellent problem solving skills and high degree of patience
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite desirable
