Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Dallas client on a temporary/contract basis.

Summary of Position:
Accurately, quickly and courteously receive incoming customer telephone calls and extract the maximum amount of essential information in a minimum amount of time.
Accurately and quickly utilize computer systems to verify and/or research data and information to appropriately answer customer questions.
Provide customers with procedural instructions according to policy.
Handle irate customers in a professional manner.
Initiate file maintenance for corrections to customer’s electronic records.
Maintain good rapport with property owners, responding promptly to their requests.
Participate in job-related training sessions and seminars.

Requirements:
High school Diploma Required
1+ years of experience with related experience
Heavy customer service experience
multi line phone system experience
Bilingual preferred
Experience with MS office 2010
