Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our San Antonio, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with processing auto loans
Serve as liaison between customers and other departments to communicate information
Assist customers with phone and email inquiries about loan payments, accounts as well as provide information about products and services
Effectively handle difficult situations
Data Entry and filing documents
Employment and document verification
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years customer service experience
Great communicator
Organized and able to multi-task
MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
High School Diploma or equivalent
