Our client in Weatherford, TX Is looking for a Customer Services Representative.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Job Description:
Customer Service Representative answers inbound sales calls and technical help desk calls.  A CSR will assist customers with selecting the best plan to meet their needs so that an installation is scheduled.  A CSR is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving internet connection issues.  A CSR will schedule installations and process payments as well as set up and troubleshoot email accounts.

Job Requirements:
This person must model company values, provide outstanding customer service, and work with team to exceed customer expectations.
Must be able to sit, type, view monitors, and use a telephone or headset for extended periods of time.
Must be able to communicate efficiently and professionally; verbally, and in writing.
Must have basic computer skills including knowledge of Internet networks, Microsoft Office 2010 Suite, and data entry.
Must be able to perform basic maintenance in multiple browsers.
Must be able to set up and troubleshoot email accounts.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check.
Must obtain a CRM Competency Certificate and Basic Troubleshooting Certificate within first 30 days of position.

The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time.

Job Duties:
Ability to explain company’s products to prospective customers
Achieve or exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Create and qualify Leads in company’s customer database
Assign MAC addresses in company’s customer database
Schedule installations in company’s scheduling calendar
Complete all automated tasks assigned including but not limited to customer follow ups
Take payments in Nodus
Ability to explain to prospective customers the basic installation process
Know how to power cycle equipment and how to explain this process to customers so that they are successful in performing this task
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting including but not limited to pinging, power cycling, and the process of release/renew
Ability to access the customer’s subscriber module for additional troubleshooting
Schedule service activities (Truck roll, phone call, emails)
Perform other duties as assigned
