Our Austin, TX client is looking for an Customer Service Representative on a Direct Hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support to our customers including both inbound and outbound calls. Being able to hand difficult calls.  Maintaining contact with customers. Audit and enter claims and enter claim data into system. Provide procedural training and information to peers Quality check own work as well as others.  It is mandatory to be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese

Qualifications:
Need minimum of 2-3 years experience.
Must be able to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese
Strong organizational abilities
Able to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
College degree preferred
Experience in call center environment a plus
Ability to multi-task
Problem solving skills
