Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a Customer Service Rep/ Inside Sales Rep to join their team.
Position Description:
Person will work closely with the Sales Department Management team.
Will carry out a variety of cross divisional telemarketing campaigns as part of the Sales Team through outbound calls to a variety of new, prospective and existing clients. The role will be targeted to generate an amount of qualified leads for the field sales teams.
Perform repetitive tasks from a cubicle workstation, handling approximately 25 -40 calls per hour.
Qualify appropriate leads and conduct sales presentations from a script.
Prospect companies in assigned territories.
Utilization of Salesforce.com.
Update Account management database.
Must have ability to communicate professionally and effectively by phone using proper grammar, pronunciation, enunciation, inflection and tone.
Ability to perform basic computer operations.
Sales and goal oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Be able to handle rejection and fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum hourly effort expectations are:
120 Dials per day
160 Minutes per day
120 Tasks per day
Positive, outgoing personality
Hospitality background is a plus, but not a requirement
Must have a high school degree, some college preferred
