Our Corpus Christi, TX client is seeking a District Manager with a Tubular background to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an opportunity to join an established team and truly drive operations and have full oversight of a district. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of drilling experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, previous P&L responsibilities, and several years casing running.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a district of 60+ employees
P&L responsibility for district
Work directly with customers, on-site visits, etc. to be sure jobs are progressing properly
Analyze data to create appropriate plan of action, schedules, and hold employees accountable
Proactive approach to management and leadership
Review and oversight of payroll
Enforcement of company policy and procedure
Qualifications:
College degree preferred but will consider equivalent industry experience
7+ years of experience in drilling/completions (5+ years of casing running experience)
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
Strong operational background with customer services orientation
Prior experience with drill pipe, casing tubing, CRT, etc.
