Our Plano, TX client is looking for an Document Shipper:
This position is responsible breaking down and shipping Mortgage/ Title documents.
Shipping Conventional, FHA, and VA closed loans.
Checking documents for accuracy
Assembling loan documents in a specific stacking order.
Flexibility to be crossed trained and be a floater
Funding experience
Requirements:
Mortgage and title experience is a must.
Strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing all title documents to ensure they are accurate and the information on one sheet matches exactly with the other. There is no room for error as this is one of the last steps of the process.
