Our Houston TX, Galleria Area client is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Summary:
This person will be the main point of contact on all benefits related matters including 401K, Leave of Absense, insurance, and vendor negotiations. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Requirements:
Expert experience in Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, vlookup, and formulas
Experience working with premium billing and leave of absences
5+ years of experience working in full cycle benefits
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Extensive knowledge working with ERISA, FMLA, COBRA,HIPPA and other federal and state regulations
Working knowledge of HRIS systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills

This job will require minimal domestic travel to other offices throughout US.
