Our Plano, TX client is seeking an Entry Level AutoCAD Drafter to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.
Duties:
Create visual guidelines for construction purposes
Draft technical details
Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures
Draw in minute details of structures
Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase
Use Autocad and Revit to create functional drawing
Create and store drawings electronically
Prepare variations of design
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications
Develop wiring and layout diagrams used by workers who erect, install, and repair electrical equipment and wiring
Requirements:
High school diploma a must, college experience preferred
1+ years of experience
Knowledge of Autocad v11
Knowledge of Revit a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
