Duties:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be assisting recruiters and account managers with day to day activities including but not limited to the following:
–Â Â Â Â Preparing client correspondence and assisting with sales leads
–Â Â Â Sourcing candidates and updating candidate and client files in web based system
–    Assisting with filing and organization
–Â Â Â Answering phones and greeting visitors
–Â Â Â Assisting with timesheets and payroll
–Â Â Â Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
–Â Â Â Â Strong written and verbal communication skills
–Â Â Â Â Highly detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
–Â Â Â Extremely organized
–Â Â Â Must be a self starter and self motivated
–Â Â Â Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
–Â Â Â Â Excellent PC skills, including MS Office Suite and Outlook
–Â Â Â Â Strong interpersonal skills.
