Our San Antonio, TX client is seeking an Entry Level Scheduling Coordinator to join their fast pace and exciting office environment on a contract to possible hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with builders regarding current jobs with professional attitude
Prepare paperwork for pricing and bid requests
Research builders sites to collect selections, bid requests, etc.
Maintain large amounts of company files/documents in an organized fashion
Handle all the requests for repairs, installs for the office building (contacting plumbers, cleaners, electrician, etc.)
Prepare paperwork for the Field Supervisor measurements and check list, repairs, etc.
Prepare documents for the Safety Rail Tech for installs and pickups
Any other tasks that may be requested

Requirements:
1 – 2 years administrative experience
Construction field experience highly preferred
Extremely detail oriented is a MUST
Individual must possess VERY strong organizational skills
Proficient in all MS Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bi-lingual is a plus
