Developing Scopes of work
Bid management of Subcontractors
Architectural review for value engineer
Pricing Comparisons
Subcontractor and Vendor pricing updates
Purchasing Orders
Quantity Take-Offs
Obtaining Project Permits
Change Order Pricing
Preparation of Contract Documents
On-Site Reviews for Estimating Variance
Office Support and Site Superintendents
Manage and maintain electronic estimating database
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Construction or Engineering
2 – 4 years in residential estimating and purchasing
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Timberline Estimating
Great Written and verbal communication skills
Periodic extended hours for client meetings and budget deadlines
