Our Dallas client, a fast-paced non-profit, is looking to hire a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis.  This position will be supporting the President, along with several other team members

Duties:

– Primarily support the President and CEO along with other members of the staff

– Manage expense reports and event planning

– Help team with various special projects and assignments

– Perform document scanning duties and file maintenance.

– Work with MS Office Suite, primarily in Excel and Word.

– Tackle preparation of various reports and presentations

– Sit in on Board meeting to take minutes and assist President

Requirements:

– 3-5 years supporting a senior level Executive (preferably in the non-profit sector)

– Maintain a business professional code of dress and attitude.

– College degree preferred, but not required

– Experience taking minutes for meetings is a must.

– Must have exceptional communication and telephone etiquette skills.

– Strong MS Office skills, primarily in Excel

– Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment.

– Flexible, Easy going attitude
