Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Executive Administrative Assistant.  The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO and Managing Director.  The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in exceptional judgment, problem resolution and decision-making skills.

Requirements:
Administrative duties including answering busy phones, expense reports, heavy calendar management in Outlook, as well as various other administrative duties
Compose, edit, route and answer routine correspondence to ensure timely and accurate response
Expedite workflow by reviewing correspondence, screening incoming calls, and determining importance, before distributing to the CEO and Managing Director
Creatively coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
Ensure key PowerPoint and Excel presentations are prepared and deadlines are met
Copy, collate, bind, and distribute materials as required
Develop working relationships with clients and client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
Coordinate meetings; arrange conference calls, reserve conference rooms, organize food service
Serve as a vital communication link among team members
Team with other assistants to provide back-up assistance as needed
Provide backup assistance for Reception Desk
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
Special projects as assigned

Requirements:
2+ years of experience
Degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals in the company and with external clients
Ability to work under high pressured situations or under time constraints while multi-tasking
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to complete time-sensitive projects
Excellent attention to detail with limited supervision
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality when dealing with issues involving clients, staffing concerns, and internal/external correspondence
The ability to effectively deal with change; remain open-minded; adjust to and work effectively with a variety of situations
Must be proactive, resourceful and take initiative
Must work well in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of different individuals
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – Photoshop or other graphic software a plus
