Our Coppell, TX client is seeking Executive Assistant.  This person will be assisting two C Level Executives.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to our CEO and CFO.
Work with the CFO to manage all aspects of HR administration, which includes processing payroll, administering benefits, maintaining employee files, and completing new employee paperwork.
Consolidate information to prepare initial drafts of large-group presentations (i.e. weekly departmental reviews, quarterly company reviews, Board presentations, and other ad hoc presentations that arise).
Review simple and/or standard legal documents (i.e. NDA’s, customer service agreements, vendor agreements) to identify potential issues for CFO review.
Create meeting agendas and, where applicable, take meeting minutes.
Coordinate travel logistics and expense reporting for CEO.
Coordinate and plan Board, management and company meetings and events. (i.e. holiday parties, sales workshops, etc.)
Manage and maintain complex filing systems and databases.
Manage or coordinate ad hoc projects and initiatives that arise.

Requirments:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role working with C-level executives.
Highly professional, polished, and strong self-starter with a “can do” attitude in addition to a flexible approach.
Meticulous and detailed-oriented organizational skills.
Extremely high levels of discretion (you will be handling payroll and other confidential information).
Ability to follow instructions and understand those instructions with little or no follow up.
Ability to properly relay messages or instructions you have received to others.
Ability to properly multi-task and prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, or customer implications.
Ability to identify problems, resolve escalations (including collaborating with others when necessary), act decisively, and show excellent judgment.
Experience working at rapidly growing technology-focused companies or start-ups.
AA or BA degree from an accredited university.
Experience handling HR administration tasks.
