Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Executive Assistant.  The executive Assistant will support 2 (of the 8) partners, and their teams of approximately 15 personnel.

Manages the executive’s travel calendar and schedules appointments.
Organizes programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.
Prepares agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
Prioritizes incoming documents for authorization and signature
Coordinate, prepare, and compile monthly management meeting presentations
Perform other duties as assigned

Degree preferred but not required
5+ years experience in a similar role
Detail oriented, MS office, travel/flights/car, time zones, enjoys administrative tasks
