The Executive Assistant will work directly for the President/CEO. This position will require a personable candidate who has the ability to operate autonomously and without supervision. Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem solving skills are essential for this individual. The executive assistant will have leadership and operational abilities that enable the individual to anticipate upcoming needs and courses of action. This opportunity is for someone who would like to make a career out of his or her position. The candidate should have no less than ten years of experience working directly for a top level executive.
Requirements:

4 year college degree (Business Degree preferred).

10+ years experience in an executive assistant role, preferably with President/CEO for $30M+ firm.

Client Service personality is a must.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management and external organizations and top executives.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Strong attention to detail including proofreading.

Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

Must be quality minded and self motivated.

Master computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
