Our Dallas TX client, a fast-paced non-profit, is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis.  This position will be supporting the President, along with several other team members

Duties:

  • Primarily support the President and CEO along with other members of the staff
  • Manage expense reports and event planning
  • Help team with various special projects and assignments
  • Perform document scanning duties and file maintenance.
  • Work with MS Office Suite, primarily in Excel and Word.
  • Tackle preparation of various reports and presentations
  • Sit in on Board meeting to take minutes and assist President

Requirements:

  • 2+ years supporting a senior level Executive (preferably in the non-profit sector)
  • Insurance billing experience is a plus.
  • Maintain a business professional code of dress and attitude.
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience taking minutes for meetings is a must.
  • Must have exceptional communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Excelent grammer and letter writing skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, primarily in Excel
  • Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible, Easy going attitude
