Our Greenville, SC client has an immediate need for a Financial Accounting Manager for a Direct hire opportunity.
Summary of Position:
Manage wide range of financial reporting functions for multi-location, international law firm. Supervise one or more team members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all general ledger accounting functions: balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, franchise/excise/gross receipt/sales/use taxes, unclaimed property, month-end closing
Oversee international reporting and consolidated reporting
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Coordinate preparation of quarterly financial review information
Oversee treasury management functions, bank reconciliations and bank reporting
Requirements:
8+ years general ledger accounting and financial reporting experience
CPA certification
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous management experience in a professional services organization (preferred)
Previous international accounting experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, UltiPro, and Document Management System.
