Your role with the company:
The Fixed Assets Accountant is responsible for all fixed assets and Capex functions. In addition would have oversight of the AP workflow system. Typical daily duties include maintaining detail inventory files, including additions and deprecation, account reconciliation, overseeing the monthly recording of assets into the sub-ledger, analysis of changes in fixed assets cost and accumulated depreciation, prepare tax and reporting schedules, and ad hoc reporting. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Background profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience of at least 3+ years in similar role
Exposure to Dynamics GP software is a plus
Advanced skills in MS Excel including Pivot tables and VLook-up
Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems
Excellent communication skills
