Our Franklin, TN client is searching for a temporary Graphic Designer on a part-time basis.

The position will require the designer to work closely with an editor to assemble a 500 page book and accompanying material.  The book will feature extensive photography and design elements, so a command of the Adobe Suite is a must. The book will involve the outdoors, sport shooting, and firearms, so a familiarity and  comfort working with such material would  help serve the project. Though much of the work will need to be done in-house, the ability to work offsite would also prove useful. We prefer candidates with publishing experience.

2-5 years Graphic Design experience (prefers with books)
Adobe Suite is required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Publishing experience is a plus
A portfolio of previous work will be required at the time of interview
This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, and/or duties associated with the job. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves as right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed when circumstances change.
