Our Franklin, TN client is searching for a temporary Graphic Designer on a part-time basis.
Summary:
The position will require the designer to work closely with an editor to assemble a 500 page book and accompanying material. The book will feature extensive photography and design elements, so a command of the Adobe Suite is a must. The book will involve the outdoors, sport shooting, and firearms, so a familiarity and comfort working with such material would help serve the project. Though much of the work will need to be done in-house, the ability to work offsite would also prove useful. We prefer candidates with publishing experience.
Requirements:
2-5 years Graphic Design experience (prefers with books)
Adobe Suite is required
Photoshop
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Publishing experience is a plus
A portfolio of previous work will be required at the time of interview
