The selected individual must have a current CCNA certification or above and have 2+ years of working on the phone with customers or field engineers to solve problems and report descrepancies.  Excellent verbal and written communication is essential and a Voice specialization is a big plus.  Must be flexible to work varying hours but the core shift will remain intact.
