HR Admin
Our busy client located in Tempe, AZ has an Immediate need for an HR Admin on a contract basis.

HR Admin Role:
The HR Admin is responsible for providing basic administrative support to the HR Team. 
Answering the phones and greeting walk in visitors
Enter and process background checks
New Hire Paperwork, Filing and Data Entry 
Back up to payroll when needed
Scanning terminated employee files to be stored electronically
Other duties as and responsibilities as assigned 

HR Admin Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED
At least one-year administrative experience preferably supporting HR
Experience working in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
