Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking an HR Generalist/Manager on a contract to possible hire basis.

Provides human resource service in the areas of recruiting, employment, employee relations, safety, administration, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and retention of employees

Identify employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions

Ensure uniform and equitable application of corporate HR policies and practices

Lead/participate in safety responsibilities

Technical Skills Requirements:

Knowledge of Human Resources principles, concepts and trends

Experience with compensation, benefits, and records administration

HRIS System

Microsoft Office Suite

Performance Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

5-7 years related experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus

Experience in the manufacturing industry

Project management, financial analysis, negotiation, investigation, approachability, confidentiality, retention, timeliness, and consistency

Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Experience in recruiting, LOAS/FMLA, Safety Administration, HRIS processing
