Our Grapevine, TX client is seeking an HR Manager. Our client is looking for an HR Manager to develop the culture of this dynamic organization by performing all Human Resource Functions along with:

Building a positive, motivated, guest service focused culture,

Develop and implement:
New associate orientation procedures,
In depth, measurable training programs,
Associate Engagement/Opinion Surveys
Awards/recognition programs
Create active community involvement programs
Experience recruiting, hiring and onboarding associates in multiple locations, resolving management//employee issues, managing and educating benefits programs and proactively engaging in the creation of programs which are motivational and promotes a team oriented work environment which results in our Associates delighting Guests with a smile and service which sets us above our competition.

Requirements:
Degree required
5-10 years of HR experience
Experience building an entire HR department/ policies and procedures from the ground up
Hospitality industry experience highly preferred
