Our Keller, TX client is seeking an HR Manager.  The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of employee recruitment, on boarding, development, and retention. The purpose of the role is to ensure continued growth and development of the team, as is needed to accomplish the firm’s short and long-term objectives.  The position will begin with a heavy focus on recruitment and on boarding, as the company rapidly expands its operations.  Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to learn are critical.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction and support to the company’s HR team
Work with management to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives
Develop recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates
Recruit for key positions through interviews and sourcing
Ensure proper completion of the entire on boarding process
Coordinate and conduct initial and ongoing employee training
Continue to build the HR team as is authorized by management
Develop programs to promote employee retention
Maintain relationships with key recruiting vendors
Attend and coordinate participation in local job fairs and college recruitment events
Develop and maintain contacts with schools and other organizations to find and attract applicants
Recommend improvements to HR policies, benefits and training programs, etc.
Coordinate the administration of all employee benefit programs
Act as the liaison between company and benefit providers
Schedule and plan benefit enrollment meetings with vendors
Stay current on key federal, state and local laws and regulations
Ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to HR
Ensure compliance with established corporate guidelines
Ensure proper completion of off boarding process as necessary

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field
5+ years HR experience
Background in employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training / development
Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
Available for travel to job fairs, college recruitment events and branches within Texas
Must maintain confidentiality
Must meet deadlines and schedule
Have ability to set priorities
Must follow standardized practices and/or methods
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation-based communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to manage change effectively and work in a fast paced environment
Must be a team player
Desire to continue career development
