Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a HRIS Systems Analyst II.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Job Responsibilities:
Perform functional configuration and maintenance tasks for HRIS modules and tables to meet operational and business needs
Develop and maintain standard and customized reports from the HRIS
Monitor, audit and administer HRIS database integrity, performance and security
Test system changes, research and recommend solutions to system related issues
Set-up of end users for the HRIS system; configure system for benefit enrollment, performance appraisal process, applicant intake and employee self-service
Correct and maintain data and set up system templates
Provide system training and support to end users and troubleshooting

Requirements:
5+ years’ of HRIS analysis/administration experience required
HR or IT support environment highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required
Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
PHR certification preferred
Broad understanding and experience in HRMS database systems/processes required
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills (including oral and written communication skills)
Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must have advanced knowledge in other web based applications, relational database software and related reporting abilities using SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Report Builder
Experience in a law firm environment or other professional services industry preferred
Must be highly motivated, possess strong analytical skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be client service oriented
