Human Resources Generalist Role:
The Human Resources Generalist reports directly to the VP and is responsible all the HR functions of the organization including benefits admin, developing recruiting plans and recruit for all positions company-wide using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods. 
Facilitate all facets of the benefits and human resources function.
Develop recruiting plans and source successful employees through hiring initiatives. Create and manage the job description development process and track applicants through online recruiting portals.
Manage regulatory and legal compliance for the organization.
Run compensation and benefits initiatives.
Track employee data, applicant information, and general data within the HRIS.
Coordinate with department managers for employee development, employee relations, and hiring purposes.

Human Resources Generalist Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent
HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
7+ years of HR Generalist experience
5+ years of recruiting experience
Proficient in computer programs including MS Office Suite, HRIS, etc.
