Our Nashville client is looking to hire an Inside Sales Account Executive to join their fast-paced, growing team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Sell and implement company products to prospects in assigned territory.
Prospect leads in assigned multi-state territory
Exceed sold quota on a monthly basis to ensure actual processed attainment
Respond to call in inquiries due to marketing efforts
Complete all account set up paperwork and monitor implementation process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
1-3 years Transportation industry experience or experience selling non tangible products or services in a quota environment
Prior experience as an Inside Sales rep or Tele-Professional certification preferred.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with clients and management
Must have the ability to create new account opportunities via cold calling and other prospecting techniques/activities and convert the opportunities into new customer relationships
Ability to work independently and meet quotas and goals
Must have a strong desire for high earning potential
Proficient with MS Office Suite and WebEx
Compensation:
A competitive salary and commission compensation program. The first year earnings are typically $38,000 – $48,000 and potential to increase significantly in second year.
