JOB DESCRIPTION:
This person will be responsible for running several land projects in Texas and Louisiana while ensuring safety and environmental compliance for their team. Will also monitor and maintain budgets, schedules and negotiations.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Experience in running successful Land projects in Texas and Louisiana
- More than 10 years of Land and pipeline ROW management experience
- Experience must demonstrate an ever increasing level of responsibilities and accomplishments
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in damage settlement negotiations
- Experienced in condemnation and expropriations.
- Successful past work in direct eminent domain negotiations and resolution experience.
- Experienced in land and road use agreements and municipal road crossing agreements.
- Experienced in supervising and managing company employees and contract field brokers and third party title analysts.
- Experienced in the successful development and monitoring of budgets and schedules.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent.
- Up to 30% travel
- Professional certification (CPL) and/or member of professional Landman organizations a plus.
