Our Dallas,TX Client is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant on a contract to possible hire basis to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents.
Answering phones
Recording traffic
Lease paperwork and file maintenance
Qualifications:
Previous leasing/sales skills, MS Office and tax credit experience required
Ability to work evenings/weekend preferred
Previous experience working on a senior property a plus
Yardi software experience preferred
