Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a Level II Break Fix Technician with Apple hardware repair and OS certification to join their team. This position requires experienced server, PC and printer troubleshooting/repair skills.
Qualified Candidates must be able to:
Support a Windows environment
Exhibit expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Exhibit expert knowledge of Apple/Macintosh hardware and OS
Troubleshoot/repair hardware problems as required
Work independently in a business environment
Assist in server, desktop, laptop, and network printer deployment
Manage day to day activities to meet customer’s service level agreements (SLA)
Maintain professional image while representing Company
Display a positive attitude and willingness to work with the customer
Keep company assigned tools in good working condition
Advise project/team lead of any risks, issues, or concerns related to service delivery and/or
Customer sites
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent – College degree a plus
A+ required certification, Net+ OEM product (HP, Xerox, Dell, Lexmark) a plus
Apple hardware repair and OS certification required
Minimum 3-7 years experience with Server, PC hardware and OS support/Printer and MFP
Good working knowledge of overall personal computing hardware and software
Experience with VoIP Storage, Depot a plus
Good working knowledge of UNIX and Macintosh operation systems and hardware
Experience installing and configuring new computers
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Basic toolkit to perform field service hardware repairs
