Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced, Property & Casualty (P&C) licensed sales producer to join our Allen – based agency. Offering Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance solutions, our firm is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented producer driven by high sales and even higher levels of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Requirements:
Current property & casualty license is required
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Networking and lead generation
Above average computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
