Our Franklin, TN client is looking for a Loan Processor to join their team on a temp to hire basis.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing loans submitted by loan originators
Act as a liaison between lender and loan officer
Verify all borrower information
Enter loans into operating system
Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently
Minimum two years recent experience in mortgage processing.
Experience in processing FHA, VA and Conventional.
Looking for someone who is familiar with FHA guidelines.
MUST have RECENT experience. No more than 3 years back.
