EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION DESIRED:

A minimum of 6 years experience in the electronics industry, with at least 3 years experience in electronics project organization and execution.

A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with the manufacture or handling of high-purity process chemicals.

A minimum of 2 years experience working within a customer or other third-party environment.

Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, and/or process requirements.

Direct customer interaction experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Air Products Dallas, Texas facility provides a variety of services to the Client Materials business unit, including product manufacture, new product development, analytical services, and product/process trouble-shooting support.  The incumbent will work as an integral part of the Dallas manufacturing team, and will provide direction, coordination, hands-on support, and oversight to all DANM activities conducted in Dallas.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Monitors the ongoing production of Client materials, including the review of in-process data.  Acts as first point of escalation for process issues and in-process disposition of problem materials.

In conjunction with the Dallas Operations team, leads all SQI/DMRB and 8-D investigations associated with Client products produced, handled, or analyzed in Dallas.

Coordinates/leads all manufacturing test plans and non-POR operations, including the tracking and management of all materials produced under the “sample” material master.

Coordinates any/all special handling requests (e.g. temperature controlled storage) with Dallas team and outside vendors.

Manages the interface between the Client and Dallas MOC processes to assure appropriate thoroughness, timing, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.

Supports the Client Global Supply Chain function with the management and coordination of incoming raw materials and tracks any/all non-FIFO or special lot selection activities.

Participates in, or coordinates, lab studies (e.g. Gauge R&R studies) and retest requests with Dallas lab.  Becomes proficient in Client analytical methods and techniques and can act as back-up/alternate (or primary) for these activities.
