Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Medical Billing Manager for our Houston, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Medical billing
Communicate with insurance companies for appeals and denials
Communicate with customers
Using coded data to submit claims to insurance companies
Working directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider, and patient to get a claim processed and paid
Reviewing and appealing unpaid and denied claims
Verifying patients’ insurance coverage
Answering patients’ billing questions
Managing the facility’s Accounts Receivable reports
Ability to handle appeals and denials
Strong experience in billing to commercial insurances
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years in related position
High school diploma required
Sense of urgency absolutely necessary
Prior medical billing software experience
Prior management or supervisory experience required
Strong ability to negotiate with insurance companies
