Our Downtown Dallas, TX office has an immediate need for a Mid-Level  Recruiter (2-7 years) with Staffing Agency Experience!  In this position, you would be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting Technology, Accounting and Oil and Gas professionals. This position is responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis.

Duties:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying position descriptions; meeting with Sales Managers to discuss needs.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Have a continuous network and pipeline of skilled, senior level Technology, Accounting and Oil and Gas professionals at all times
Uses their network of professionals to attract top talent for various Technology, Accounting and Oil and Gas positions
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Sales Managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

2-7 years previous experience in staffing and recruiting
Must have a large, well-connected network of mid to senior level professionals to network with
Involvement in various professional and networking organizations is highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
Candidates must possess proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence potential candidates, strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity, strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills

This position is with our company in our corporate office located in downtown Dallas in the historic West End.  The recruiter will achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing candidates among other duties.
