Our client in Irving, TX is looking for a Mortgage Professional for a contract to possible hire opportunity. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor complex issues involving foreclosure and post-foreclosures as well as deed in lieu
Research and notify on all title searches & resolving issues that can interfere with the foreclosure/deed in lieu process
Gather necessary documents for review by attorneys including curative documents, motions, foreclosure letters, transactions, etc.
Understand all aspects of title services from deeds, deeds of trust, judgments, assignments, legal descriptions, chain of title (title commitments) and release of liens
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Understanding of foreclosure rules and regulations required
Experience with foreclosure services and title examination required
Knowledge of processes used to stop foreclosure proceedings on properties required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to step-up, motivate, encourage, etc. other employees in the area preferred
