Our Nashville, TN banking client is looking for a Mortgage Lender to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Ability to explain and sell Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
Discuss and sell Jumbo loans to customers
In-house delegated underwriting
Act as a liaison between lender and loan officer
Qualifications:
MUST have previous mortgage lending experience
A professional portfolio of contacts and customers is highly recommended
Established real-estate network and contacts
Needs to be a self-starter
Great team worker
Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Outstanding customer service
